Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note:
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Pillows or bedding products that have been opened or used

Gift cards or digital items

Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout

How to Start a Return

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and return instructions.

Securely package your item and ship it to the address provided.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll replace the item at no additional cost once verified with photo or video proof.
Cancellations

Late or Missing Refunds
